Your donation goes a long way in Guatemala!
To give you an idea of how far your donation goes in Guatemala, we have provided a list of some of our most common expenses: 

$10   -each individual piece of the school uniform
(school sweater, skirt or pants);
-one visit to the pediatrician.
 
     
$25  -monthly school tuition for a primary school student;
-one week’s salary for the housekeeper/cooks.
 
     
$50  -covers the cost of 2 pair of school shoes;
-monthly tuition for a high school student.
 
     
$100 -monthly tuition for a university student studying
medicine;
 
     
$250 -monthly cost of providing our students additional classes    
outside of our program (computer science, art, English).
 
     
$500 -one week of hot lunch and snacks for 100 people;
-50 primary school text books.
 
     
$1000 -one week of tuition payments for the entire program;
-one week of salary for all employees in the program.
